SCHWENKSVILLE BOROUGH ORDINANCES

 

The Borough of Schwenksville has recently completed the codification of all Borough Ordinances. You can now access the Borough Code by following this link to the Code of the Borough of Schwenksville.

Snow Regulations

  • A snow fall of three inches of snow as measured at the Borough Authority office will constitute an automatic SNOW EMERGENCY and vehicles parked in SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES will be subject to towing and impounding.

  • In addition, a SNOW EMERGENCY can be declared if deemed necessary.

  • It is the duty of property owners to remove snow from sidewalks not later than 24 hrs. after snow in excess of two inches has ceased to fall in accordance with the Schwenksville Borough Code.  Violators are subject to a fine of $1,000 and costs or imprisonment of not more than 30 days.
