Council President, H. Gilbert Williams at 7:30 pm, called the Schwenksville Borough Council Meeting of March 10, 2005 to order.
Present were H. Gilbert Williams, Ray Yeanish, Barbara Slater & Mayor Carroll Rosenberger.
Absent was Gene Frantz, Donald A. Whitko

NEW BUSINESS: BERKHEIMER RESOLUTION (see letter)
This letter is a fee schedule for charges for delinquent tax payments by Berkheimer under Act. 192 of the 2003-2004 General Assembly.
MOTION BY RAY YEANISH AND SECONDED BY BARBARA SLATER TO ADOPT THE BERKHEIMER RESOLUTION FEE SCHEDULE FOR CHARGES FOR DELINQUENT TAX PAYMENTS. ALL WERE IN FAVOR AND THE MOTION CARRIED.
Barbara Slater mentioned that there is a seminar on grants that Tom and Gail would like to attend.
Judy Frankel (Kehs) flooding on the side of the house and comes in the basement. Claude Kohl to take of the wall.

Joseph J. Sztenderowicz 381 Cherry Street
4th & Centennial St. and Boyer there are holes that needs filling in.
Trash is being picked up to early; Borough will talk to Ches-Mont about times.
Earl Stahl 341 Cherry Street has a question about trash toters and how many each apartment building needs. Discussion followed about trash toters and how many each property should have.
Wendy Rowley 171 4th Street
Lights on 4th Street, have they been settled yet. Gamon Electric is doing the work and the lights are on order and have an 8-week delivery.
Sidewalks- Loren received a letter from Telvil Attorney and they want to dedicate the street to the Borough but we need to wait until the problems for the sidewalks and the drainage is corrected. Will set a May-June 2005 deadline for the problems to be fixed.
Meeting was recessed at 8:15pm for an Executive Meeting.
Restarted the session at 9:15pm.
No action was taken about the real-estate matter.
With no further business a motion to adjourn by Ray Yeanish and seconded by Barbara Slater at 9:16pm.
