Council Vice- President, Donald A. Whitko at 7:30 pm,
called the Schwenksville Borough Council Meeting of May 12, 2005 to order.
Present were, Donald A. Whitko, Ray Yeanish, Barbara Slater,

ENGINEER’S REPORT: Adam Supple –
Perkiomen Ave. Sidewalk –
Carroll Engineering will be conducting survey for additional site information
needed to produce construction documents for installation of sidewalk along
Perkiomen Ave.
Perkiomen Trail Gateway –
Carroll Engineering will be conducting survey to produce a base plan for
detailed design leading up to construction documents for improvements to the
Perkiomen Trail Gateway area. We are also
in the early stages of coordinating with PADOT and other involved parties.
Lumber Yard Sketch Plan
review – Carroll engineering has reviewed the sketch plans and submitted a
review latter to the Borough.

the Planning Commission on the procedure by which we should process Land
Development and Subdivision Plans.
Bob Brant introduced Crystal
Fisher to the Council. Crystal is
working at Bob Brant’s office.

Garis about the drainage on 4th st. Mr. Hill and Mr. Fairclough had
questions about how the drainage was going to be fixed. Garis has 2 weeks from 6/8/05 to come up
with a plan.

NEW BUSINESS: Trail House
Sketch Plan
Trail connection to Tailwinds
Jac Frech has asked for an easement
for his property and the County has agreed to
make an opening in the trail fence for access to Tailwinds shop.
MOTION BY RAY YEANISH AND
SECONDED BY BARBARA SLATER TO GRANT AN EASEMENT REQUESTED SUBJECT TO THE
ENGINEER REVIEWING AND PREPARING IT ALONG WITH BOB BRANT’S OFFICE. ALL WERE IN FAVOR AND THE MOTION CARRIED.
