BOROUGH OF SCHWENKSVILLE

MINUTES OF DECEMBER 30, 2005

SPECIAL MEETING

The Schwenksville Borough Council Special Meeting was called to order by Council President H. Gilbert Williams at 7:15pm.

Present were: H. Gilbert Williams, Barbara Slater, Ray Yeanish & Mayor Carroll Rosenberger

Absent: Gene Frantz & Donald A. Whitko

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: By the assembly.

2006 Budget- budget was posted December 20, 2005

Council may amend the budget at a later time.

A MOTION WAS MADE BY RAY YEANISH AND SECONDED BY BARBARA SLATER TO APROVE THE 2006 BUDGET AS POSTED ON DECEMBER 20, 2006. ALL WERE IN FAVOR AND THE MOTION CARRIED.

Annual Audit: In process of being done. Borough needs to have a CPA do Audit every year.

Police Chief – 3 year contract signed. December 30, 2005

Ray Yeanish made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Barbara Slater. All were in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:35 pm.
