BOROUGH OF SCHWENKSVILLE, PA

MINUTES OF JANUARY 5, 2004

REORGANIZIONAL MEETING 7:30 p.m.

Present were: Gene Frantz, Barbara Slater, Raymond Yeanish, and Donald A.Whitko

Absent were: H. Gilbert Williams and Mayor Carroll Rosenberger

Terms expired 12/31/03 but were re-appointed tonight:

Borough Authority: William Gauger for a 5 year term

Planning Commission: H. Gilbert William for a 5 year term

Park/Recreation Board: Joseph O'Neil for a 5 year term

Zoning Hearing Board: Kay Schmidt for a 3 year term

Clyde Driehaus: Alternate for a 3 year term

Library Board: Samuel Schweigert & William Gauger for a 3 year term

Vacancy Board: Mary Jane Kehs for a 1 year term

There was a suggestion that Adam Supplee serve on the Park Board. There is a letter from Loren saying that there is no conflict being that Adam is the engineering firm that the Borough uses. Adam will only serve if the terms are confirmed by Carroll Engn. A letter will follow.

ON A MOTION BY DONALD A. WHITKO AND SECONDED BY BARBARA SLATER IT WAS VOTED TO APPOINT THE ABOVE. ALL WERE IN FAVOR AND THE MOTION CARRIED.

No other business the meeting was adjourned at 7:;37 p.m.
